
The Guinness Enterprise Centre is located on three floors and incorporates three internal courtyards to introduce natural light and allow natural ventilation for all Offices. Total floor area is 6,000 metres². The Centre encompasses incubator space for 77 small businesses with growth potential.
The Centre offers a range of services to selected local, national and international clients. These include high-spec VOIP Telecommunications and low cost internet connectivity, supported by wireless connection.
Conference Rooms are available for hire to Clients. Two Hi-Tech Training Rooms are also available for hire to Clients and external companies.
Central office services include telephone answering service, fax, photo-copying, binding facilities and limited secretarial services.
The Centre is serviced with an attractive Reception area which is manned from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The Centre has CCTV and 24 hour Security. Limited car space is available to Clients and their Customers. Common areas and Offices are fully furnished and serviced. Taylor’s Rest Restaurant provides hot meals and snacks from 8.00am to 3.30pm.
Business Support is available to all Clients of the Guinness Enterprise Centre. In addition, clients are encouraged to participate in our extensive networks of business and commercial contacts.
The Centre also offers a Virtual Office facility.
