Joanne McDonald and Lisa Moran have been successfully running the restaurant within the Centre for the past year. In August 2005 they applied for and were awarded the contract to run the restaurant and were assisted in starting their new business by Dublin Business Innovation Centre and the Guinness Enterprise Centre.
Lisa and Joanne renamed the restaurant Taylor’s Rest and employ local people to assist in its running. Opening hours are from 8.00am until 3.30pm each day and cater for Breakfast and Lunch.
The restaurant caters for any special Client Events held in the Centre. Clients can arrange to have lunch in the Dining Room situated next to the Restaurant. Taylor’s Rest provides catering for Clients using the Training facilities in the Centre.
