The Centre provides high-spec VOIP telecommunications and low cost internet connectivity, supported by wireless connection. A central communication’s room provides a link from the service providers to each unit.
A 2.5 gb fibre optic cable is piped into the building, 18 mg of which is allocated together with a 10 mb wireless backup. This provides resilience to Clients if a problem does occur it will slide seamlessly over both service connections. Clients have the option of sharing a 3.0 meg connection with 12:1 contention. There are 4 group connections to the Shared service, or there is the option of a Dedicated service. Technical support is provided.
