The Guinness Enterprise Centre has 77 offices designated to office accommodation. The offices are located on three floors and incorporate three internal courtyards to introduce natural light and allow natural ventilation within each office.
Offices are fitted out with sink units, floor covering, desks, chairs, telephones and filing cabinet.
